The Challenge & Vision
Proplinks is poised to disrupt the commercial real estate sector by creating a scalable platform capable of managing millions of dynamic property listings. The core challenge was to design an architecture that could handle this massive data volume and computational complexity without hitting an artificial scaling ceiling or incurring prohibitive operational costs.

Massive Scalability Re-Architecture:
We overhauled the existing product architecture, simplifying complex flows by several magnitudes. This transformation successfully removed a virtual user concurrency cap, enabling the platform to scale horizontally and support an unlimited number of users and properties.
Economic Optimization:
Through meticulous system design and resource allocation, we dramatically optimized server resource utilization. We reduced the estimated monthly cloud expenditure from over $2,000 per 100 customers to approximately $250, ensuring a sustainable product.
Platform Stability & Resilience:
We specialized in hardening the core infrastructure, actively addressing and resolving the inherent complexities and quirks of a high-volume distributed system, guaranteeing a stable, reliable foundation for their upcoming launch.
